This information product provides timely, comprehensive data on housing asset price and unit sales trends in British Columbia's local housing markets. These market indicators are updated each month based on sales processed by the B.C. Assessment Authority and Landcor Data Corporation. 

HPI statistics are provided for hundreds of housing markets, ranging from British Columbia’s residential property in aggregate to detailed local markets based on jurisdictions and property types.
